Early Childhood Instructor • Mentor
Grace was born and raised in the heart of the beautiful Black Hills. She has been dancing with the Academy of Dance Arts since she was three years old, making this her fifteenth year with us. Grace has studied ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and modern dance, and will be continuing her dancing studies this fall as a Senior. She has been a mentor/assistant teacher for the past four years working directly with Ms. Lisa and our studio director, Ms. Julie. She is certified in CPR and First Aid, loves children, and is excited for the opportunity to put her skills to work with a few of our youngest dancers. She’ll be teaching the Tiny Tippy Toes and Kinder dance classes on Tuesdays as well as beginning Ballet students on Saturdays.
Grace is also a member of our Academy Company, contributing to our community outreach. She is an elected Officer of our South Dakota Chapter of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts, serving in her second year with the organization.
It was her childhood dream to be a dance instructor and we are thrilled she is ready to share her love of dance with our lucky students!
