NHSDA at the Academy of Dance Arts

Be a part of our NHSDA Chapter!
The Academy of Dance Arts is the first school in the State to be awarded this distinction by the National Dance Education Organization (NDEO). Being part of the National Honor Society for Dance Arts means our dancers are recognized for their artistic dance merit, academic performance, growing leadership and service to our community. If you are a High School student, dance at any of our studios and participate in our performance companies, this is recognition you are already earning! Pledges and inductees will earn society points through dance and community involvement, as well as maintaining high academic standards. Pledges will earn honor cords and pins for their high school graduations or convocations and will hold this honor for their college applications. In an effort to reach out and give back to the community, we open our chapter to ALL dancers in the area who meet the requirements. This is not solely for Academy of Dance Arts dancers! Inductees can apply for National merit scholarships and share this distinction for college applications and graduation convocations. Inductions are in the fall and spring, so apply now!
